Kathy Heyward is a Melbourne artist, designer and educator. She has a background in printmaking and extensive teaching experience and currently maintains a contemporary arts practice as well as running her small design brand – kathykoo.

Kathy’s passion is for the handmade and she believes that everyone can make something, with his or her hands.

Kathy’s own work focuses upon materials and their properties and always strives for high finish and clean design. Inspiration is drawn from architecture, travel and light.
